Return Policy Acorn Industries is committed to providing you with a quality bird feeder that will last. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or decide it is simply not what you wanted, return it within 30 days for a complete refund of your purchase price. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. Warranty We guarantee workmanship and materials for three years on our Selkirk, Keniksu and Salmo Lines. The Columbia model is guaranteed for one year. Damage due to natural disasters, or unintentional damage by animals or people voids the warranty. Mounting and hanging instructions must be followed in order to validate the warranty. During and after the three year warranty period, you may order replacement parts at cost plus shipping and handling. We know that damage can happen, and we want our customers to know that we are committed to servicing your needs. To submit a warranty claim, you must include the following items: 1) Please send a photo/picture of the damaged area. 2) Your order number. (If you don't have your order number, or the feeder was a gift, please indicate the name of the person that purchased the feeder. We will track it through our ordering system.) 3) A brief description of how the damage occurred. Your claim may be e-mailed, faxed, or submitted through the postal service to: Acorn Industries reserves the right to replace the feeder, or provide replacement parts (with repair instructions) at their sole discretion. Frivolous claims will not be honored. Privacy Policy Acorn Industries is committed to protection your personal and confidential information. Purchase information, including orders, credit verifications, contact information and other personal data are retained by Acorn Industries in compliance with merchant card services and destroyed according to legal requirements. Demographic data collected is utilized to improve our marketing and solely by Acorn Industries for development of future products and growth of our business. No information is sold to third parties for any purpose. Visa/Mastercard transactions are verified by Bank of America through a secured portal. Disclaimers The Selkirk Line (Rancher and Lodge) are required to be pole or post mounted. Any other application for display voids the warranty. As specified and addressed in the description of the other models, hanging accessories or post mounting kits may be utilized without revocation of the warranty. The Selkirk Line (Rancher and Lodge) weighs 20 pounds and can cause physical harm to people, animals and property if not properly attached to a substantial mounting device. We recommend purchasing our mounting bracket. Great care has been taken in the manufacturing process to reduce and eliminate wood splinters and burrs. Being a wood product, splintering can occur and caution should be used when handling your feeder. We know that you will love your Acorn feeder as much as the birds do for years to come. Home
